The Trade Show is a key part of the Capital Conference. The Capital Conference Trade Show is the most extensive school equipment, supplies and services exhibition in the nation. It features more than 500 booths representing all services and industries serving Ohio’s public school districts and students.

The Trade Show is open to attendees on Monday, Nov. 11, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Tuesday, Nov. 12, from 9 a.m. to noon.

Take a break from learning sessions on Tuesday, Nov. 12, from 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. Meet with exhibitors and enjoy coffee as you travel the Trade Show Hall. Stations will be available in the middle of the Trade Show, near aisles 300 and 400; aisles 700 and 800; and aisles 1100 and 1200.

Visit the Relaxation Stations in the Trade Show, located at the end of aisles 100 and 1400. Enjoy complimentary back massages, manicures, blood pressure screenings, exercise science and caricature drawings.

Trade Show Passport Game: Pick up a Trade Show Passport at Registration, the OSBA Pavilion, the Information Station or inside the Trade Show. This passport is your ticket to win raffle prizes for your district. To be eligible to win, you must have your passport stamped at various locations in the exhibit hall. Fully stamped passports may then be deposited at the front of Trade Show Hall, near the doors to the Main Concourse. Raffle drawings will take place throughout the day on Monday and Tuesday.
