Marketing to attendees

Exhibitors have many opportunities to reach attendees, from hospitality events and sponsorships to advertising in the OSBA Journal.

Exhibitors may attend several OSBA hospitality events, all held outside the Trade Show hours. On Sunday, the Welcome Reception is held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Greater Columbus Convention Center (GCCC) Grand Ballroom. The President’s Reception is held Monday night in the GCC Concourse from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. A Tuesday evening event is also being planned.

Attendees receive conference bags filled with conference information and promotional materials. Contact Amanda Finney, OSBA’s senior marketing coordinator , at (614) 540-4000 to learn how your promotional material can be included.

All OSBA members receive the OSBA Journal, the association’s magazine. A special pre-conference issue will be mailed two weeks before the conference. Exhibitors wishing to advertise in the Journal should call Amanda Finney at the phone number above.
