How do you help juniors and seniors make connections with local businesses? Auglaize County ESC and Mercer County ESC describe their Talent Connection Forum, where 1,400 students were matched with nearly 100 local business professionals based on students’ career interests. These connections led to continued mentoring, job shadowing opportunities, internships and employment.
