Student competition drives energy savings

Learn how students in five Toledo City K-eight buildings reduced energy usage by up to 19% and saved the district ,700 through a two-week competition to reduce energy consumption. Students implemented energy-saving ideas, teachers modified lessons and principals and facilities directors took instructions from students in this fun competition.
