Westerville City shares steps taken to establish a Minority Scholars Program (MSP) to reduce achievement gaps by increasing the number of African-American and Latino students in honors, Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate courses. Based on positive peer interaction, MSP empowers students to increase the number of college-bound students of color.
