In 2012, Chillicothe City began an ambitious, comprehensive financial plan to shore up operational funding, complete the second phase of a facilities construction project and implement levy and spending strategies to stabilize operations. By 2015, operations started to stabilize and the district implemented its next phase of levy strategy to address facilities. Learn how educating taxpayers led to implementing a viable financial plan.
