Ohio law requires school districts to competitively bid projects in certain situations, but that’s not always the case. Pickerington Local (Fairfield) and Bricker & Eckler LLP explain the various exceptions to the competitive bidding statute and outline the scenarios in which school districts need not competitively bid a project.
