Review Polaris Career Center’s career development framework, which includes three pillars: career awareness and exploration, career planning and workforce development. In middle school, students begin exploring careers based on their interests and personal learning styles. In high school, they learn about occupations within their career pathways and participate in employability skills training and authentic work-based learning opportunities.
