Decisions made by school officials unfamiliar with employment or transportation law may jeopardize the district’s ability to fully protect staff and students. Ohio School Plan reviews resources that guide decisions for typical sources of loss, including decisions regarding human resources, employee safety, pupil transportation, cyber-readiness and other critical functions that may be outside the school leader’s primary role. Ohio School Plan is an OSBA affiliate program.
