The 2021 OSBA Capital Conference App is designed to enhance your conference experience and provide valuable information and updates before, during and after the conference. The app includes the full conference agenda, exhibitors, districts presenting in the OSBA Student Achievement Fair (SAF), sponsors, maps, presentation materials and handouts, updates and messages for attendees and more. Personalize your schedule and choose the exhibitors you want to see in the Trade Show. You also can create a log in and access handouts and notes across multiple devices. The app will be available in October.

Accessing handouts: You do not have to log in to the app to access handouts from learning sessions. Choose the session and click the “Download handouts” or “Access presentation” button.

Tracking Certificate of Attendance credits in the app: To track your credits through the app, choose the session and click the “Check In” button at the top of the session details screen. Note, you must have an account created and be logged in to check in. Also, once you have checked in, it can not be removed.

Playing the Trade Show Badge Game: Earn badges by visiting exhibitor booths during the OSBA Capital Conference. Simply download and log in to the Conference App. Enter the email address you used to register for the conference and create a password to create your account. Check in to exhibitors at their booth locations by clicking the “Check-in” button located at the top of the exhibitor description in the app and entering the code word that you receive at their booths. Size up the competition by checking the Leaderboard periodically to see your own earned badges and to make sure you’re winning the game.

To create a login: Open the app and select “2021 OSBA Capital Conference and Trade Show.” In the menu, select “Login,” then select “Register.” Complete and submit the online form; an email will be sent to you to create a password. Once you have created your password, open the app, select the 2019 conference and login with your email address and password.

Using the app: Click the Sessions button for the daily schedule of events and room assignments for sessions. Add sessions to your personalized schedule by clicking on the My Schedule symbol. Take notes in the session by using the notepad symbol. Download the handouts (available Nov. 4) and complete session evaluations. Click on the Exhibitors button for a listing of all exhibitors in the Trade Show. Select an exhibitor for more details, and click Favorites to add the exhibitor to your Favorites tab, at the top of the listing of exhibitors. Click on the notepad to record your questions and notes.

Designed for use on iOS and Android mobile devices, as well as computer interfaces, the app is easy to download and get started with. If you don’t have a mobile device, you can access a web version of the app.
