The Allison Rose Foundation was formed after the death of Allison Suhy, a freshman at Ohio University who had peanut allergies. Her parents created the foundation, which educates school districts and others on food allergies. The foundation and Cuyahoga Heights Local (Cuyahoga) discuss how to protect students and staff with life-threatening allergies.
