Koinonia Enterprises and Woodridge Local (Summit) explain how the Compass Pathfinder Program transition services positively impact graduation time and employment readiness among students with autism and other developmental disabilities. The program’s features an experiential curriculum and work experiences designed to help students establish and foster the work skills needed to gain competitive employment after high school.
