Register now online! To register for the conference, all attendees from the same school district should be registered by a district designee. OCSBA members who are registering individually also can register online as well. OCSBA members registering as a firm, in addition to students, sustaining members, government employees and retired administrators, should contact Susie Cinadr at scinadr@ohioschoolboards.org to register. Districts can submit a purchase order at the time of registration covering all registration fees. Districts will be invoiced following the event.

OCSBA members, OSBA sustaining members, government employees and retired administrators also can register online if they have an OSBA website account. You can reset your password on that webpage if needed. OCSBA members, OSBA sustaining members, government employees and retired administrators should contact Susie Cinadr at (614) 540-4000 or (800) 589-OSBA if they need a website account activated.

Registration fees

Registration fees will remain the same as the previous in-person conference in 2019!

For OSBA member districts: Registration is $310 per person each of the first six people from your district. School district group registration — more than six people from a member school district — is a flat fee of $1,975. Registration for OSBA sustaining members, government employees and retired administrators is $60. Retired administrators who are current board members or rehired administrators do not qualify for the lower rate. Spouses may attend the conference for free, but must be registered to receive an official badge.

Registration for OCSBA members is $310 per person. Those attending the School Law Workshop are subject to the same registration procedures as other conference attendees. Attorneys employed by a school district may register with their district.

Ticketed events — OSBA Black Caucus Dinner and Conference Luncheons

The OSBA Black Caucus Dinner and Conference Luncheons are not included in the registration fee and require additional fees. Registration for the OSBA Black Caucus Dinner is $85. The deadline to register for this event is Nov. 1. Limited tickets will be available at the door for $90.

Registration for the Monday Luncheon is $60. Registration for the Tuesday Luncheon is $60. Registration for these events should be purchased in advance. Attendees can register on their district’s registration form.

Note: Depending on availability, limited on-site luncheon ticket sales may be available until 11:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 8, and Tuesday, Nov. 9, on a first-come, first-served basis at Registration or at the doors of Battelle Grand (North). The cost for an on-site ticket is $70.

Delegates

Each member board of education shall be entitled to appoint one of its members as a delegate to the annual business meeting, or other called meeting, with power to vote. These appointees comprise the body known as the OSBA Delegate Assembly and must be present to vote. The 2021 Delegate Credentials must be returned by Sept. 10, 2021.
