Register for Ohio’s premier professional development event
The OSBA Capital Conference and Trade Show runs Nov. 13-15 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. View registration information below.
How to register • registration opens in July
To register for the conference, all attendees from the same school district should be registered by a district designee. OCSBA members who are registering individually also can register online as well. OCSBA members registering as a firm, in addition to students, sustaining members, government employees and retired administrators, should contact Susie Cinadr at email@example.com to register.
Districts can submit a purchase order at the time of registration covering all registration fees. Districts will be invoiced following the event.
OCSBA members, OSBA sustaining members, government employees and retired administrators also can register online if they have an OSBA website account. You can reset your password on that webpage if needed. OCSBA members, OSBA sustaining members, government employees and retired administrators should contact Susie Cinadr at (614) 540-4000 or (800) 589-OSBA if they need a website account activated.
For OSBA member districts: Registration is $320 per person each of the first six people from your district. School district group registration — more than six people from a member school district — is a flat fee of $2,100. Registration for OSBA sustaining members, government employees and retired administrators is $60. Retired administrators who are current board members or rehired administrators do not qualify for the lower rate. Spouses may attend the conference for free, but must be registered to receive an official badge.
Registration for OCSBA members is $320 per person. Those attending the School Law Workshop are subject to the same registration procedures as other conference attendees. Attorneys employed by a school district may register with their district.
Ticketed events — OSBA Black Caucus Dinner and Conference Luncheons
The OSBA Black Caucus Dinner and Conference Luncheons are not included in the registration fee and require additional fees. Registration fees for these events will be available in July
Each member board of education shall be entitled to appoint one of its members as a delegate to the annual business meeting, or other called meeting, with power to vote. These appointees comprise the body known as the OSBA Delegate Assembly and must be present to vote. The 2022 delegate form will be available in July
