Featuring State Board of Education member Meryl Johnson. All conference attendees are invited to the OSBA Black Caucus dinner to network with colleagues, share how their districts are helping diverse students succeed. Ticket required.

Tranquility Room
Step into room B 141 to enjoy some quiet time during the conference. Available each day of the conference.
Rest and Relax Lounge
The lounge, located at the end of aisles 100 and 1400, is the perfect spot to take a break during a busy day at the Capital Conference. Enjoy complimentary back massages, manicures, blood pressure screenings, exercise science and caricature drawings.
Tuesday Morning Coffee Break
All attendees are invited to stop by the hall for refreshments and to chat with exhibitors during a break from the learning sessions on Tuesday, Nov. 12, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

OSBA Pavilion
Learn about tools and services OSBA offers school board members and the entire governance team. Located in the Main Concourse, the OSBA Pavilion is the site for materials, activities and conversations that highlight the training, resources, information and expertise available to OSBA member districts.
Region Resource Center
Want to learn more about OSBA’s regional services and activities? Visit the Region Resource Center in the Main Concourse near the registration area. Regional managers, along with officers and committee members from the five OSBA regions, are on hand throughout the conference to answer questions, discuss how you can get more involved with OSBA, explain services and talk about activities and events in their respective regions.
OSBA Bookstore
Stop by OSBA Bookstore to purchase books, plaques and other items. Attendees will receive a special Capital Conference discount of 10% on all items purchased. Take advantage of this discount online throughout November. Use code 24CCTS at check out when purchasing from the store on the OSBA website.
OHSPRA/OSBA Idea Center
Be sure to check out the Publication Exchange sponsored by OHSPRA and OSBA near B 130 to experience some of the great communications work being done by schools across the state.
OSBA Information Station
Visit the Information Station, located across from the B Concourse meeting rooms, for assistance. The Information Station also holds lost-and-found items.
Guest Services Centers
Located near the South Café and Marketplace near the Hyatt Regency and in the Main Concourse next to the Discovery Café, these areas are staffed by Convention Center Guest Ambassadors. Stop by to receive directions and facility or event information. Additional services, including outbound shipping and mobile scooter rentals, are available at the service center near the Hyatt Regency.
