Registration for the 2026 OSBA Capital Conference and Trade Show opens July 28!
A district designee should register all attendees from the same school district. Visit the Registration FAQ to view resources to help with the registration process.
OCSBA members who are registering individually can register online as well. OCSBA members registering as a firm, in addition to students, sustaining members, government employees and retired administrators, should contact registration@ohioschoolboards.org to register.

Registration categories and policies
OSBA member school districts
Registration is $400 per person each of the first eight people from your district.
School districts team registration: Eight paid registrations, all others free!*
*Pay for eight individual attendees from your district, and all other staff from your district or board can attend for free! This is an exceptional value and incentive for larger teams to participate for a flat rate of $3,200 per district.
Spouses may attend the conference for free but must be registered to receive an official badge.
Districts can submit a purchase order at the time of registration covering all registration fees. Districts will be invoiced following the event.
OSBA sustaining members, government employees and retired administrators
Registration is $100 per person.
Retired administrators who are current board members or rehired administrators do not qualify for the lower rate.
OCSBA members
Registration is $400 per person. Those attending the School Law Workshop are subject to the same registration procedures as other conference attendees. Attorneys employed by a school district may register with their district.
Registering for ticketed events
- Registration for the OSBA Black Caucus Dinner is $95.
- Registration for the Monday Conference Luncheon is $75.
Note: These events are not included as part of conference registration. The deadline to register for these ticketed events is noon on Friday, Oct. 30.
Registration cancellation policy
If you must cancel your conference registration, refunds will be made only if the registrations are canceled by noon on Friday, Oct. 30.
OSBA encourages substitutions from within a district; treasurers or superintendents can substitute or transfer a registration or ticketed event online in the district’s conference registration portal.

Ticketed event cancellations
The OSBA Black Caucus Dinner or the Monday Conference Luncheon are ticketed events. The deadline to cancel a ticketed event and receive a refund is Friday, Oct. 30. Cancellations after Oct. 30 will be charged the full amount. There are no refunds for no-shows.

Event policy
OSBA and its designees may record, photograph and/or stream various aspects of this event for archival and promotional purposes. Registration, attendance and/or participation at the OSBA Capital Conference constitutes an agreement by the individual to OSBA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the individual’s image or voice in photographs, videos, and print and electronic reproductions of the conference.
