Connect with potential clients across Ohio

For 60 years, the OSBA Capital Conference and Trade Show has attracted thousands of educators and school administrators to Columbus each fall. The 2014 Trade Show boasted 541 booths, and Capital Conference attendance was more than 9,700. It is the largest education related-trade show in the U.S.

Exhibitors get a chance to meet leaders from public school districts across Ohio who decide which products and services to purchase for their districts — decisions that amount to $16.2 billion annually. The 2015 Trade Show runs Nov. 9-10. Watch the video on the left to learn some of the many reasons to exhibit at the conference, and discover why exhibitors come back year after year.

Exhibitors: Beware of housing “pirates”
OSBA has become aware of a fraudulent practice with people posing as OSBA representatives for the OSBA Capital Conference and Trade Show. These people do NOT represent OSBA and they may be trying to steal your credit card number and money. An exhibitor reported to OSBA that she was contacted by a company representing itself as OSBA, offering to sell them a booth in the trade show or get hotel rooms for them.

What you need to know: OSBA staff does not call exhibitors or district staff to book your hotel reservations. OSBA uses Passkey as our exclusive housing service provider. If you are contacted by anyone via phone, fax or email asking if you need a booth or a hotel room for Capital Conference, please get as much information as you can and pass it on to us. If you have questions, please contact Amanda Finney, senior marketing and trade show manager, at (614) 540-4000.
