Everyone wants, hopes for and tries to foster an engaged and inclusive organizational culture, but many are simply choosing key words, calling them core values and hoping they materialize. A far more impactful perspective on culture is to focus on the how, not just the what. This session is hosted by the OSBA Diversity and Equity Committee.
