Be part of University Square

OSBA invites colleges and universities to exhibit at the 2017 Capital Conference and Trade Show. Colleges and universities will occupy as many as 14 booths at the nation’s largest educational trade show. More than 9,200 people attended last year’s event, which featured over 550 booths representing all services and industries serving Ohio’s public school districts and students.

University booths are priced at $475, deeply discounted from the Trade Show’s corporate price, and includes admission to all Capital Conference events and sessions (excluding luncheons) for up to 10 people. More than 100 concurrent, spotlight and general sessions will be offered during the conference.  The Capital Conference runs Nov. 12-14 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

Colleges and universities reserving space by July 31 will be included in the Conference Guide, which is mailed to all attendees.

If your college or university is unable to purchase a booth but still wants to be part of the Capital Conference, a University Square Community Space (shared booth) is offered free of charge. The Community Space does not include Capital Conference admission or inclusion in the Conference Guide. Times will be assigned for this shared space.

If you wish to reserve a booth or be part of the Community Space contact OSBA Marketing and Trade Show Manager Wanda Bloch.
