How to register
To register for the conference and ticketed events, all attendees from the same school district should be listed on the school district registration form. OCSBA members, students, sustaining members, government employees and retired administrators who are not affiliated with a school district should use the conference individual registration form. These forms will be available in July. Return these forms to OSBA with a check or purchase order covering all registration fees and special event ticket costs. For those not registered by Thursday, Nov. 9, on-site Capital Conference registration will be open on Sunday, Nov. 12, from noon to 5 p.m.; Monday, Nov. 13, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Tuesday, Nov. 14, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.. in the center of the Greater Columbus Convention Center (GCCC) Main Concourse.
Ticketed events — OSBA Black Caucus dinner and Monday Lunch and Learn
The OSBA Black Caucus dinner and Monday Lunch and Learn are not included in the registration fee and require additional fees. The OSBA Black Caucus dinner is $70. The Monday Lunch and Learn is $45. Registration for these events should be purchased in advance. Attendees can register on their district’s registration form.
Each member board of education shall be entitled to appoint one of its members as a delegate to the annual business meeting, or other called meeting, with power to vote. These appointees comprise the body known as the OSBA Delegate Assembly and must be present to vote. More information will be available in July.
