Cancellations before 5 p.m. on Nov. 6 will not be charged. The district designee may log in to the online conference registration system to add, substitute or delete registrants through 5 p.m. on Nov. 6. If a district or individual needs to cancel a registration, it must be complete by 5 p.m. on Nov. 6. All cancellation requests after 5 p.m. on Nov. 6 will not be refunded. Districts may continue to add registrations through 3 p.m. on Nov. 10.
The digital convention sessions will be recorded and made available for registrants. Please note that registrants will be invoiced the registration fee whether they attend the digital convention or not, since they will be provided access to the recordings afterward. Attendees may access the recordings through Dec. 31, 2020.
