Canceling registrations

OSBA Capital Conference and Trade Show registration cancellation policy: If it is necessary for you to cancel your conference registration, refunds will be made only if the registrations are canceled by noon on Friday, Oct. 27.

Ticketed event cancellations: The OSBA Black Caucus Dinner or the Monday Conference Luncheon with Sam Glenn are ticketed events. The deadline to cancel a ticketed event and receive a refund is Monday, Oct. 23. Cancellations after Oct. 23 will be charged the full amount. There are no refunds for no-shows.

OSBA encourages substitutions from within a district; treasurers or superintendents can substitute or transfer a registration or ticketed event online in the district’s conference registration portal, available at https://www.ohioschoolboards.org/conference/registration.
